On the first floor of villa MaVeRo, is located apartment ideal for 3 persons, size of apartment 59 m2. It is possible to accommodate one more person in agreement with the owner. The apartment consists of a spacious hallway, which leads to all rooms of the apartment. It is equipped with a dresser with mirror, built-in closet and a balcony for drying clothes. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160/200 cm, single bed 90/200 cm, chest of drawers, a dressing table and mirror. From the room you can come to the balcony with outdoor seating and a view of the entrance to the park of the villa full of flowering trees and seasonal flowers.
The living room consists of a living room with bed/sofa size 80/200 cm, table with 4 chairs, sideboard with satellite TV. In addition, it is possible to put an additional bed of 80/200 cm. In the working part of the living room is a kitchen equipped with a stove with 2 gas and electric stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker for German guests, express coffee for the Italian visitors. From the living room, you can reach the covered terrace, which has garden furniture for 4 persons, where you can dine in all weather conditions. The terrace offers a beautiful park view of the villa.
The bathroom is specially designed. Under the sloping roof is located bath with shower, shelves for towels, dressing area with built-in sinks, bidet and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The price includes cooling (air conditioning), gas heating with radiators, unlimited wifi internet, bed linen (changed once in 7 days), towels (three per person, changed every third day), tablecloths, tea towels. For starters, we have secured all the necessary detergents and shampoos for hygiene, toilet paper. The apartment is perfectly clean and disinfected especially with steam cleaners for a greater degree of hygiene. Using a washing machine is possible in agreement with the owner, all this in part of a villa equipped with a washing machine.

The apartment is rented with the possibility of arrival and departure on Saturdays (for July, August and until the middle of September) at least 7 days, and the rest of the season every day (at least 5 days). Arrival is scheduled after 16 pm and departure no later than 9 am. For a successful booking, you need to pay a in amount of 100 € for one week, and 200 € period longer then one week to your bank account in Erste Bank. We will send you the account information after receiving your request. The deposit will be deducted from the total price, the other part of payment shall be paid on arriving with cash in €.
